Pipings

Satellites

The DTE multifunctional service units are designed to serve the working areas with compressed air and electricity together with the extraction of dry sanding dust. The great flexibility of use allows the suspension to the ceiling, the connection to an articulated arms or directly to the walls. The electrical sockets are configured according to the needs of the tools to be connected and, in the underneath, there is an intake divided into two suction outlets (except DTE1) to connect two tools simultaneously.

Panels

The DTD1 and DTD2 panels are designed to be integrated into the back walls of the preparation areas. With a thickness of a few centimetres, they manage to integrate the functionality required for dry sanding with both electric and pneumatic tools. Single-mounted, double-mounted and equipped with an automatic CUT OFF valve, they are the least invasive answer to the dry sanding dust extraction. Mobile Units

The WORKY range of welding fumes mobile filtering units are very compact and suitable for the extraction and filtration of welding fumes in light and unfrequent applications. The machines are equipped with a fan, a filter battery and a 3 m articulated arm to move closer to the work area. The range of WORKY mobile filters starts from the SMOBI, which is the best seller, to the more structured mobile filters with technical features for heavy-duty applications.

Atex

In ATEX configuration, the products have been equipped with safety treatments and protections suitable for handling potentially explosive dusts such as aluminum, titanium, carbon-fiber. All the surfaces in contact with the extracted dusts are made of materials that do not generate sparks or trigger blow-outs.

Turbines

Extracting the sanding dust produced during vehicle sanding processes is essential to maintain the efficiency of the bodywork and to protect the health and safety of workers.Extraction turbines, especially, are an element that should not be underestimated.

Arms

The DARM arms are available in 2 lengths: 10 ft able to move the electrical and pneumatic services from the wall to the work area and 33 ft able to reach the back of the vehicles during repair work. The arms have a coupling for extracting dust; fittings for distributing compressed air; and electric sockets for supplying the tools required for the various processes.

Hose reels

DMR-HP hose reels manufactured by WORKY have the peculiarity of rolling up to 10 mt of dust and small debris suction hose with a stainless steel hose guide and a high-pressure swivel fitting. The hose is reinforced against crushing and pulling so as not to create difficulties for the operator and coiled on a solid product that comes from 20 years of experience in the production of hose reels.

Rails

The extruded aluminium rails of the GAT series consist of modular 4 m bars with 2 rubber lips that enable them to close completely when the fan is running.

Smobi

The WORKY range of welding fumes mobile filtering units are very compact and suitable for the extraction and filtration of welding fumes in light and unfrequent applications. Fume Sliding Elements

The SLIDING ELEMENTS are products that have been designed to extract welding fumes from many work positions because they can move from one work area to another by running along the aluminium rail.

Kits

The complete SPARK kits for extracting and filtering welding fumes consist of a fume extracting arm; a wall-mounted fan; a pocket filter for cleaning the air and deodorizing it with active carbon before returning the air to the premises. The SPARK model has a spark arrestor filter; a synthetic prefilter; a main filtering cell; and 11 pounds of active carbon for removing the unpleasant welding smell from the air discharged into the atmosphere.

Arms

TheWORKY arms of the SB series have been designed to extract welding fumes from the work area; that is why they have at least 3 articulations for moving in each direction and remaining stable in the desired position.

With a range of models varying from 6 ft to 30 ft in length and 6", 6.3" or 8" in diameter, they always extract from the correct point. A series of included accessories like the wall bracket, the integrated shutter valve and the swivel that allows 360° rotation make the SB arms the ideal solution for all installations (wall, ceiling and also the version sliding on an overhead rail).
