Exhaust Sliding Elements

The SLIDING ELEMENTS are products that have been designed to extract exhaust fumes from many work positions because they can move from one work area to another by running along the aluminium rail.

Miniset

The MINISETs are the simplest expression of a fixed fume extraction system. They consist of a fan, hose and nozzle for intercepting the fumes. This type of product is completed by inserting a fume expulsion chimney from the premises in which it is fitted and by fitting a fan with a start/stop switch. Choosing the right model is the only thing left to decide and the WORKY Sales Department is there to provide you with expert assistance.

Floor Traps

The floor traps of the WORKY range are made of a tough metal sheet using a special galvanizing process which ensures durability and resistance to corrosion. The range is divided into two categories: GFT-B that have a bend to be inserted into the floor trap when it is required to extract the exhaust fumes; whereas the GFT-BR has an underfloor bend where a flexible hose is housed. It is erected when the extraction has to be run.

Rails

The extruded aluminium rails of the GAT series consist of modular 4m bars with 2 rubber lips that enable them to close completely when the fan is running. The product has been made in 2 versions to respond better to light-duty (GAT1) applications or to situations where a greater air flow is required (GAT2). Both versions are made of aluminium to combine stiffness and lightness and their modular design enables systems of the desired length to be created.

Exhaust Fume Extractor Grolly

WORKY’s GSA fans have been specially designed to extract WORKY has developed a range of mobile exhaust fume extractor to extract fumes from the work area without having to provide a permanent installation.Each Grolly model has to be completed with a 10m expulsion hose to be able to operate correctly.

Accessories

The accessories in WORKY range of products for the extraction of fumes and gases are designed to connect, disconnect, split, join, support, or close the extraction systems. In this regard, there are different types of rubber or fiberglass hoses and aluminum or PVC pipes which are suitable for every requirement. Fittings and couplings are expressly designed for the various cases when exhaust gases are to be extracted.

Exhaust Hose Reels

Vehicle exhaust hose reels that are rewound by a motor or by a spring are the solution that has been most widely used traditionally for extracting fumes through a flexible hose and a nozzle. These are exhaust hose reels that are rewound by means of a control panel (GER) or remote control (GERT).

Workshop Exhaust Fan

WORKY’s GSA fans have been specially designed to extract smoke and gases from medium pressure systems.All WORKY workshop exhaust fan have an impeller that is statically and dynamically balanced in order to eliminate vibrations and wear. Each fan is epoxy powder painted in a steel outer casing. Thanks to centrifuges and direct coupling of the motor to ensure optimum efficiency (certified to IEC 60034-30-2011) and durability.

Hose Reels

DMR-HP hose reels manufactured by WORKY have the peculiarity of rolling up to 10 mt of dust and small debris suction hose with a stainless steel hose guide and a high-pressure swivel fitting. The hose is reinforced against crushing and pulling so as not to create difficulties for the operator and coiled on a solid product that comes from 20 years of experience in the production of hose reels.

Oil Monitoring

Monitoring fluids allows to accurately track bulk fluids, capture critical analytics and automate customisable reports so you can share information and improve decision-making.

Fluid Pumping

In this section we discuss not only products but ideal configurations for the distribution of technical shop fluids, with special emphasis on lubricating oils, antifreeze and windshield washer fluid. Depending on average consumption, the number of services and the dimensions of the system, we shall be able to provide you with the ideal configuration for the “oil room.”

Fluid Distribution

The technical fluids that WORKY deals with are the new and exhausted lubricating oils, the antifreeze, the windshiel washing fluid, the water and the compressed air. To bring these fluids from storage tanks to the point of use we offer a range of special products.

Pipings

The galvanized steel reinforced pipings of the ZGS range have been designed to match perfectly the fluid mechanics of fume and dust extraction. The reduced load lost and the extremely easy installation complete the WORKY product range perfectly.

Smobi

The WORKY range of welding fumes mobile filtering units are very compact and suitable for the extraction and filtration of welding fumes in light and unfrequent applications. The machines are equipped with a fan, a filter battery and a 3 m articulated arm to move closer to the work area. The range of WORKY mobile filters starts from the SMOBIPLUS, which is the best seller, to the more structured mobile filters with technical features for heavy-duty applications.
