Our range of welding fume extraction systems
Fume extraction systems can be installed in a fixed o portable manner.
Fume extraction fixed systems are systems that require permanent installation. Depending on the specific needs, a fixed fume extraction system can be made up of:
- wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted, or sliding articulated arms
- hoods
- extraction benches
Depending on the requirements and the local regulations, once extracted at the source, the fumes can be
- filtered and released back into the environment,
- expelled directly outdoors,
- filtered and subsequently expelled outdoors
WORKY’s range of filters includes bag filters and cartridge filters. Both solutions can be accompanied by post-filtration with activated carbon to deodorise the filtered fumes and, where possible, emit them back into the work environment, in order to avoid loss of heat outdoors.
If a mobile unit is the fume extraction solution that’s best suited to your needs, WORKY can offer you welding fume extraction mobile units equipped with filters and one or two articulated arms.
The main advantage of these trolley-mounted units is their versatility: they can be easily moved from point to point throughout the work area. Thanks to the filters contained within the unit, the fumes are purified for re-emission back into the work environment. Based on the requirements, they can be equipped with:
- a 1.5 HP or 3 HP extractor
- bag filters or cartridge filters
