These multifunctional structures consists of several utilities, which allow the operators to manage various fluids from a single location, thus providing for significant advantages in terms of convenience and work speed.
WORKY has developed three different types of multifunctional structures, which can be combined with the various fluid pumping systems for highly productive repair shops on an international scale. Each type can include various models, each with its own particular characteristics.
THE RANGER
This little gem is a compact control unit that's ideal for use in two work areas at the same time. The RANGER can be seamlessly incorporated within fluid pumping systems thanks to the presence of up to three reel distribution units, which can reach up to 10 metres in length. What's more, the panel can even accommodate two compact reels, which can be used for LED lighting, or the distribution of electricity, compressed air, or water, as well as two industrial and two residential electrical outlets. Finally, the RANGER even offers something more thanks to a number of small, yet carefully developed, design considerations, including the rollers at the openings designed to prevent cable abrasions during unrolling operations, the tilted platform for filling out documents, and the removable tank for collecting any residual droplets. These features are indicative of a design in which maximum attention is given to every detail.
FRMF
The FRMF models include multiple reel support structures, which are ideal for pumping systems that require more than three utilities for fluid distribution purposes: the Basic FRMF and the FRMF-C. The FRMF models are self-supporting metal structures that are capable of accommodating four or six reels ranging from 10 to 15 metres, based on the selected model. Covers for protecting the utilities and for ensuring an even more complete finish are also available on certain models. All the FRMF models are equipped with drop collection trays.
THE MULTIPLO
The MULTIPLO series represents the top-of-the-line in terms of support for fluid distribution reels. The series consists of three models: THE MULTIPLO-SG, MULTIPLO and MULTIPLO-2G, all of which are designed to accommodate up to ten fluid or energy distribution reels on a reinforced structure. Each model has a drop collection tray, and an attractive finish that enhances its design. Furthermore, in addition to the possibility of integration with pumping systems, the structures of the WORKY MULTIPLO and MULTIPLO-2G models are also designed to accommodate one or two reels for the extraction of exhaust gases, thus representing a functional and comprehensive solution for highly productive workshops.
Every MULTIPLO model includes an compartment integrated within the larger column, which is capable of accommodating a grease drum, a used oil pump, or other similar items.
The MULTIPLO models can be complemented with an efficient and fully-customizable workbench.
