Today I want to speak to You about a very sensitive matter, to which we are all interested: the AFTER SALES SERVICE. When we define the purchasing process, we immediately ask (or we should ask…): who will take care of us when we have a problem? Will they be so quick and careful as have they been up to now?

Today I want to speak to You about  a very sensitive matter, to which we are all interested: the AFTER SALES SERVICE. When we define the purchasing process, we immediately ask (or we should ask…): who will take care of us when we have a problem? Will they be so quick and careful as have they been up to now?

To answer these questions it is necessary to have technical competences, managerial organization and, not last, relationship skills. It requires middle-long period investments. A steady selection and training of human resources, so that are able to assist with competence and give solutions in short time. Resources who take care of the project and plan its lifea project is in fact a totality of products to which we have to grant a long life.

Specific issues related to a particular site have to be analized, so that our products after installation can be used and maintained on the long run.

Our strategy on After Sales Service, our project called AFTER SALES CARE started several years ago with the creation of a specific business unit:  technicians able to install, support and train other technicians, based on the principle that a customer cannot be left alone.

Today customers purchase after a cautious and prudent evaluationand it is our responsibility, besides being a privilege, to let them live a unique experience that starts (and doesn’t end) with the order signature.

Our After Sales Care team can take care of the full installation or, if you are a dealer, work side by side with your technicians to train them to take care of the installation and of the maintenace of the equipment on the long run.

If you are dealing with a very complex or relevant sized project, we can manage it together: the nowadays trend is on bigger service centers and in the future there will be less workshop but increased in size. It is necessary to get prepared for this change, that will require new skills and a new organization.

When the installation is finished, after the commissioning, we train the workshop service advisors on how to use the products and meantime prepare your engineers, so they are ready for maintenance and after sales service.
