In Norway, the country’s biggest workshop for Volvo commercial Vehicles, was born in cooperation with WORKY!
The VOLVO dealer had a very clear idea of what he wanted: centralized GAS EXTRACTION SYSTEM and centralized OIL AND TECHNICAL FLUIDS DISTRIBUTION all throughout the workshop as well as in the inspection pits.
Due to the system considerable dimensions, the compressed air distribution had to be up to the high performances required, to avoid volume drops.
The GAS EXTRACTION SYSTEM as well as the TECHNICAL FLUIDS AND OIL DISTRIBUTION were all placed in one multiservice tower that would incorporate all the different services. A space-saving solution, carefully designed for the work areas.
The solution designed by WORKY and proposed to VOLVO was the MULTIPLO, which was set up to fully satisfy all the very precise customer’s requests.
In fact, the Multiservice tower MULTIPLO was set up with:
- All the TECHNICAL FLUIDS AND OIL DISTRIBUTION reels , all inclusive of monitoring systems
- Centralized GAS EXTRACTION SYSTEM with INVERTER
- Power , water, and lighting distribution for the underlying workbench
- Centralized DUST EXTRACTION SYSTEM for cleaning the vehicles.
Our After Sales team, together with our local partner, installed around 3 km of high pressure piping for fluid distribution and piping for exhaust and dust extraction, in order to guarantee the good brand that VOLVO can praise worldwide.
