Central lubrication systems allow multiple workstations to be served simultaneously and provide for better functionality, all with a single structure.
This improves the garage’s activities from various points of view: let's take a look at the main benefits offered by a central lubrication system.
What are the benefits of having a central lubrication system?
This type of lubrication system increases productivity and efficiency, as it eliminates the need for the worker to waste time and energy by leaving their work station.
WORKY designs multi-function structures capable of supporting up to 10 reels: this is the MULTIPLO line. These specially-designed central systems can be installed at repair shops for heavy duty vehicles, like trucks and buses.
The features of the MULTIPLO unit for central lubrication system
The MULTIPLO can accommodate reels for oil, grease, technical fluids, electrical power, and compressed air. It’s capable of housing the pumps and electrical panels thanks to its internal support structures.
The product is sustained by two large support structures, which allow for the passage of cables and pipes between the reels, as well as any underfloor connections, resulting in a technically flawless and aesthetically pleasing finish.
The MULTIPLO line is also available in the SG and 2G models.
MULTIPLO SG: Capable of housing up to 10 reels for fluids (up to 49 feet).
MULTIPLO 2G: Capable of housing up to 10 reels for fluids (up to 49 feet). Unlike the SG model, this space saving unit is designed for the connection of two reels for the extraction of exhaust fumes (one on the right and one on the left).
In order to make even better use of all the available space, every structure can be equipped with a work bench upon request.
WORKY's advice: install an oil monitoring system
Each central lubrication system can even be equipped with a QAM oil monitoring system.
We always advise our customers to install a QAM system, for two main reasons: to eliminate waste and billing errors. This is because the system records the exact amount of oil and technical fluid dispensed, without any shortages, which can have a significant impact the garage’s earnings over the long term.
The QAM system can have up to 999 control units, each capable of monitoring up to 8 dispensing points simultaneously! Each employee is given a badge or PIN code, which is required to access the dispensing system.
