As it is known, the Volkswagen Group is very active on the Italian market. AUDI in particular is launched into an ambitious plan of network restructuring to bring it into line with the new standards.
Today we would like to share with you how we managed to convince the AUDI dealer to buy WORKY products. Certainly we can say that the proposed solutions have stimulated the interest and attention of our interlocutor. The first meetings are usually crucial: the needs of the potential customer are outlined and the appropriate solutions are brought forward until reaching the desired result. One of the winning products was the GTL UNIVERSAL TOUCHLESS ARM, which allows to capture exhaust gas without ever coming into contact with the exhaust pipe, and moreover without any limitation due to distance and car positioning, either in height, in depth or in width. Truly a universal product that as we said was immediately appreciated and that was extremely relevant in customer’s decision.
The Service Manager had in fact expressed the need to have an Exhaust Extraction System capable of operating on the many types of exhaust pipes present in the car range of the prestigious German brand; having such a busy service center, it was imperative that the system was characterized by extreme simplicity and quick use by the operators.
To maximize the versatility of the Touchless Arms, they have been configured in sliding version, on a dedicated aluminum rail to serve the service areas.
The Service Manager stated from the beginning that it was necessary to design and realize a state-of-the-art workshop with working areas configured to have functional equipment, able to facilitate the daily activity of the service advisors. For this purpose the Centralized Distribution Systems for Technical Fluids have been fully integrated into the DEA workbenches, achieving the desired result. This solution allows every operator to conveniently dispose of oil, coolant and distilled water with the utmost ergonomics and ease of use, without ever leaving the working bay.
WORKY designers have also configured the most convenient solution for the extraction and storage of waste oils. Finally, an outdoor oil room was built with all the necessary safety requirements, in compliance with current regulations and in line with the customer's logistical needs.
WORKY also took care of the realization of the Compressed Air Distribution System, with supply points for the various work areas and a perfect integration inside DEA furniture.
The customer began to operate in the new structure, appreciating the remarkable advantages of a configuration that take care of every functional and ergonomic aspect, receiving a very positive feedback from his team of technicians and experiencing an immediate increase in their productivity.
